EXCHANGES & RETURNS

YES, we offer exchanges and refunds for any item purchased from our store.  We want you to have the comfort of knowing that once you receive the item and it doesn't look or feel the way you thought the product would, then YES please contact us for a return.  We offer a 14 day "No questions" asked policy.  You don’t have to give us a reason as to why it didn't meet your expectations, but feel free to give us your feedback if you choose to do so.  By giving us feedback you will help us make improvements in our items or possibly offer other choices in a design.  There are no restock fees or return fees of any kind.

All unworn, unused items must be returned within 14 days of receipt and items must be in the original packaging.  We ship all orders in a gift box so please  be sure to insert the box into an envelope or package like it was shipped to you and do not add any labels or tape to the gift box.

Please contact us by email at info@lucky27.co and we will issue you a RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE.  You will be responsible to pay shipping costs for the return to us.  It is best to return your package with tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost packages returned to us.  Once we receive your order back we will issue you a refund within 1-4 business days for the full purchase amount minus any shipping costs (if applicable).  The refund will automatically be applied to the original payment method.
