WARRANTY

Our goal is to provide the highest quality goods and products to our customers.  Accordingly, we warrant the goods will meet their specifications and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.  Please unpack and inspect your order immediately upon receipt to be sure the items are free from defect.  If the item is defective or the item is broken, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your item.  We will require you to send pictures with a description of the defective or broken items to info@lucky27.co

We cannot warranty any defective or broken item past 5 days of receipt of your shipment, but we will work with you and offer you a discount on a replacement if the item was damaged or broken inadvertently after the 5 day warranty and up to 1 year from date of purchase.
