RETURN POLICY
Cancelling an Order
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or postpone an order you placed with us and we have no problem doing that for you. Since we strive to process and ship our orders out as soon as possible, please contact us by emailing cancelorder@lucky27.co. If your order has already shipped out you can return your order once received. Please contact us upon receipt and email us at returns@lucky27.co and we will issue you a RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE.
All unworn, unused items must be returned within 14 days of receipt and items must be in the original packaging. We ship all orders in a gift box so please be sure to insert the box into an envelope or package like it was shipped to you and do not add any labels or tape to the gift box.
It is best to return your package with tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost packages returned to us. Once we receive your order back we will issue you a refund within 1-4 business days for the full purchase amount minus any shipping costs (if applicable). The refund will automatically be applied to the original payment method.
Exchanges
Lost items by carrier - We take full responsibility for orders lost in shipping. This means you do not have to purchase additional insurance on your order. However, carriers do not consider a package lost for 30 days. If you do not receive your order within 30 days, you can request a full refund or a replacement shipment to be sent at no cost to you.
If the package is lost due to a wrong address given to us, we will not take responsibility and will not be able to offer a refund or replacement. We will do our best to help get the package returned to us and will notify you of such if this happens. Note: Large dollar amount orders will require a signature upon delivery.
Returns
We have a "no questions" asked policy if you wish to return an item or your entire order. YES! We are one of the few, but sale items or discounted items are all eligible for returns as stated above. We want you to be happy with your purchase and continue to order from us for years to come, so whether you purchased an item at regular price or on sale we offer you the same "No questions asked" policy.
Wrong item received
If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately by emailing returns@lucky27.co and we will send you a RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE along with a return mailing label at no cost to you. We will immediately process and reship your order once received, or you may choose to cancel and request a full refund. Once we receive your order back we will issue you a refund within 1-4 business days for the full purchase amount including any shipping costs (if applicable). The refund will automatically be applied to the original payment method.
