Our beaded bracelets are strung on the highest quality jewelry wire available on the market.  We will only use the strongest and most durable product to be used in all of our designs so that your jewelry will last for years to come. 

We offer a 2 year guarantee on all of jewelry made from jewelry wire.  If at any time your jewelry piece breaks, contact us at info@lucky27.co and we will gladly fix it for you.  We realize that "life happens" and maybe it was inadvertently broken which can happen if caught and pulled hard enough on something.  However, we have a "no questions" asked policy, it doesn't matter to us how it broke we will fix it for you FREE of charge. 

Once we approve your return we will issue you a RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE.  You will be responsible to pay shipping costs for the return to us as well as shipping the item back to you once repaired.  It is best to return your package with tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost packages returned to us.  Once we receive your order back we will notify you.  It may take up to 10 days to repair your item.  You will then receive notification once your item is in transit back to you as you would any other order.
